I finished this way back late last year and I hadn't shared it until now, so here she is: Ibuki Mioda from Dangan Ronpa, who happens to be my favorite character. Working on her hair was the most painful part of this picture though.
Despite the fact this pic is awful I hope you all like it. I put my best into it.
