My thoughts on this basically comes down to whether or not Burton comes back. As long as he and Michael Keaton come back I'll be fine with it. If not, I'm not gonna even bother with it.

I agree that Burton/Keaton must be involved in some capacity but I have to ask. Can you call it a reboot if it continues the storyline of the original? That would make it a sequel.

at least it is not the smurfs nor hanna barbera. it think it might fly. whether to godo highets or into a fucking jet engine turbine is yet to be seen.

even though it will continue the original movie, it might not be a sequel. More like a Reboot, like what they did with Hulk
It's a Remake and a Sequel but it's also A REBOOT XD I just hope it's has plenty of dark humor as a show about the undead should have.

What they need to do is reboot the cartoon series, and bring back the surviving voice cast to reprise their roles.
