yeah there is even a cutscene at end on level 12 were mystique gets tied up it is hard to tell that she is tied up tough and if your're playing as spider-man you can tied ppl up in his webs by holding the projectile botton over a target and then let it go on said target

Lego pirates had a scene to with Calypso, its a shame they never do gags in Lego games.

If we're on the topic of alerting scenes then here's another; Lego Star Wars has a scene with Padme in the Episode 2 level with the Geonosis Arena where she's bound to a pillar.
