Are all the Yozakura Quartet scenes animated?

I watched the first series/OVAs when they first aired ages ago, so I can't comment on them as well, but here's a quick list of what I remember:

Volume 4: Not in Hana to Uta, possibly in first series/OVAs.
Volume 5: First image was animated in either the first series/OVAs.
Volume 6: Likely to be animated in ongoing OVA, Tsuki ni Naku.
Volume 7: I'm pretty sure this one hasn't been animated at all.
Volume 9: As stated above, in episodes 11-12 of Hana no Uta.

If anyone has watched the older ones recently or has a better memory can chime in, that'd be nice.
