It would come to no surprise that DreamWorks will make a TV series based upon one of their hit animated films and this time it's from their latest installment Turbo. I'm confused. Didn't this movie flop in America? How did this get an animated series when people largely forgot about it?

Probably had this set up prior to the movie release. Seems to be DreamWorks' new business model to release an animated series through their studio based on it's movies. Given how quick this one's out it was likely being worked on with the movie in hopes of a cash in.

It could be worse guys, they could have made a series from the Bee Movie.
