In films I watched....they just tied the gag on someone....without stuffing first....

A lot of TV or movie gags are uneffective.

I myself didn't hind it effective, even with mouth stuffed it has to be very tight over the nose to hold it if and uncomfortable to the Damsel.
And that's why I love the OTM gag

I have found it not as effective as a good OTM gag. even with mouth packed it still has to be tight over the nose to be effective and that makes it very uncomfortable for the damsel.

Plus I find a Good OTM gag very sexy
