Unknown DiD Art

So I've had a piece of DiD art in my collection for a long LONE time. But it's origins are a complete mystery to me. I may have found it on a random Yahoo Group way back in the day. If anyone can ID it or the artist I'd be greatly appreciative:

very nice find here, quite a lovely pic, and it almost looks like something you'd see out of a comic-styled detective or similar type of game, though I've not seen many of those where there's actual bondage scenes as good as this.
