A pair of sightings:

In episode #7 of Queen's Blade Rebellion a group is sneaking around inside a flying pirate ship trying not to draw the attention of the skeleton crew (literally!). in a short scene one member of the party handgags another (edit: both of them girls). Uncharacteristically for a Queen's Blade series, both are fully clothed.

In episode #1 of UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie: Banquet of Time, Dreams, and Galaxies (a 2-part OVA sometimes labeled as season 4) Valkyrie-sama very briefly handgags Valkyrie-chan.
