I can't pinpoint which special this is; it might be 2 or 5. Alternate title goes by "The King Game in Fumizuki Academy".

Note: If you're into G.I.D. then this show delivers pretty frequently. D.I.D. enthusiasts (myself included) will be hard pressed to find anything; but the chance is always there. If anything I'm always on the lookout for "Hideyoshi in Distress" (H.I.D.) scenes, but alas he's had yet to have one (as far as I know).
Even still the show is funny enough to warrant watching anyway.

I just saw another scene from this show a couple weeks ago. It was before there was a G.I.D. board so I hadn't committed it to memory; it involved a sleepover and that same guy was tied up by the same girl; sorry it isn't more specific.

Her character is essentially "sadistic" I guess and he's her particular "punching bag" so she's definitely a champion for the G.I.D. cause in that sense. I only wish she had a thing for Hideyoshi so he might get the treatment but sadly that's likely not to happen.

Edit: I did find this recently; but from which episode I do not immediately recall.
