Not sure if this game's been mentioned for having scenes; I played it quite a bit as a kid and the scenes in question helped motivate me finish to the game. I'd likely finish more games if they'd utilize D.I.D. more, but that point aside; onto the scenes!
The very first mission has a scene that starts at about 7:33.

Lastly there was a scene from the eleventh mission that starts at around 11:29.

James Bond remarks while cutting her binds that, "Under different circumstances I'd think twice about this." Can't really blame him.

Nice finds. Something new to complain for this youtube girl who made those anti damsel in distress videos.

I do find it awkward that feminist outlets tend to skew D.I.D. in a negative light; as female characters are often times less emphasized in their importance than their male counterparts. I've never known how to feel exactly on the issue; all I do know is that if there was to be a D.I.D., her being a stronger character as opposed to a helpless one appeals to me a tad more; as the struggle she faces with her situation is oftentimes more appealing than that of a hapless damsel. Helpless damsels can work too, but I've yet to fully flesh out how I feel over the concept in it's entirety so if anything damsels like Bond girls make for an interesting case as they oftentimes appear more helpless than they let on. Unless the youtube girl has the fetish I doubt she could fully comprehend it; I've had it and I've yet to fully understand it myself.

I remember fighting that guy in the subway or something, you would shoot him like ten million times and he never dies

Yeah, that antagonist was a particularly spongy bullet sponge. There might have been a subplot involving clones but it's been too long to remember; that might explain his inability to die.
