They could totally have Gurihiru as the character designer, since their style leans more towards Western cartoons.

I've wanted a Power Pack cartoon for years. But after the TRASH that Marvel has put out in their animation department I'm weary. x_x
But yes I agree that Gurihiru Studios would do the best job with the designs as they had the best look during their mini-series in 2005-06:
