Gonna update a little here: The opening picture here is from episode 41 of Wizard. That DiD scene with the chefs is not from Wizard, most likely from one of the two episodes with the Sweets Dopant in W. Episode 38 of the original series was subbed recently by KIT Subs. Finally, Wizard has a chained tied DiD (specifically Mayu) in episode 48 and in ep 49 she is chained to a pillar.

In Den-O episode 15 Hana gets rope tied in Den-O and manages to kick the robber into submission. That is until the male hostage is revealed to be another criminal and everyone gets tied up again. Oh the shenanigans.
