It seems that the another scene from Kero Kero Chime is ep28.

The girl on the right is in another scene in episode 14 of Kero Kero Chime where she is tied up by mushroom people, and the blue haired girl is in another scene early on in the series where she is captured by rats who worship a bat in a cave; can't remember which episode that was though.

It's ep 16. I have checked all the eps today. Till now we have 4 DID scenes in ep14,16,26,28. There is also a small scene in ep27 when the main girl Mimori gets tied up in some red tentacles.

take what's listed after the @ sign and also ignore the very end ( the part with the number) that's the episode number
highlight it and copy paste into http://www.anidb.net and it should provide you with the show title
