In this sci-fi parody comic theres no limit to who they make fun of. Be it evil shaprshifter, or hockey masked serial murderers. And they actually have their fair share of DiD in there too. Zortics girlfriend Zoie gets into a lot of trouble in these adventures too. Including getting kidnapped by a shapeshifter, amazons and even a superpowered Red headed bimbo!

Blade Kitten

In Chapter 16 of the Sci Fi action/adventure comic, Blade Kitten, we get a flash back of three years before the current storyline. Kit Ballard the main heroine of the book finds herself a prisoner of the villainess Alamo! She’s got our heroine wrapped up pretty good with yellow tape a sack and even a pair of cuffs but that doesn’t seem to be enough to corral the wiley cat girl for long!

Pop Singer “Nadine Beaulne’s” illegitimate daughter, Rachel, gets kidnapped for a hefty ransom. This being a sort of pilot or guest arc showcases a pair of crushing Detectives searching for the girl. When all the mysteries are wrapped up and the kidnapper is revealed the detectives find themselves in a bit of peril while the Ransom exchange for Rachel goes under-way. “CiD” warning on a few of these.

The New Super Heroine on Campus (literally) Spinnerette is brought on board to a super hero team by Mecha Maid and Tiger. However a spider powered villainess doesn’t like some do-gooder stealing her thunder. So she invades the groups base and manages to wrap Mech Maid up nice and tight in her webbing. Lucky for her Spinnerette is stepping up nicely into her super hero boots!

The Chuckling Whatsit by writer and artist Richard Sala brings a terrifying noir story to black and white pages including the abduction of a young research assistant Abigail gets caught snooping by the resident villainess. She even quips that they have plans for the poor girl as she sits terrified bound and gagged. Luckily before she meets an unsavory fate she’s able to undo her bonds and escape!

Tib and Tatoum Episode 19

After checking the available episodes of this cartoon about a kid named Tib and his pet Dinosaur Tatoum we get a nice little tie up for his friend Tara who gets bolo whipped and tied up by a group of rival cave-kids as they lounge in their pool and she’s stashed away to the side. Pretty cute scene really!

Diana has a run-in with Giganta at the mall and falls prey to her own lasso in classic WW style. She’s strung up on a sign that says LOSE and is compelled to admit it’s “humiliating.” Fun stuff.

The Hardy Boys – Ep 14

While searching for their missing father the Hardy Boys explore some leads. But this tips off the bad guys. They find their friend Wanda Kay after she had finished some snooping but her car won’t start. So they take this opportunity to grab her. We next see Wanda bound and gagged in an undisclosed basement. Later Frank and Joe find the basement room in the back of a cave where Wanda Kay and their father are being held captive. Pretty short but some good struggling for old animation!

Tsuide ni Tonchinkan – Ep 28

In this comedy anime the students teacher gets kidnapped by the villains to lure the crew into a trap. I think the good guys are a super hero team? But the main guy is a weird gag character called “Leader” and he’s immortal or can’t be hurt? It’s really weird but the teacher gets a tape gag briefly in the ransom note but she has a full tie up arms and feet through the rest of the episode before she finally bursts from her ropes!

In this British girl adventure comic Vicky is grabbed by the villain who is using her as bait to lure in Vicky’s friend Hans to the cabin. She gets bound to a chair and gagged waiting for the trap to be sprung. But she decides to set fire to the cabin in order to warn Hans of the danger. Having lost the element of surprise, the villain runs off leaving Hans to untie Vicky from her fiery predicament.
